Timothy J. Huber graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown in 1983. He graduated with honors from the Dickinson School of Law in 1986. He has been practicing law in Lebanon County since that time.
Mr. Huber was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1986, and is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania Courts, the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Lebanon County Bar Association.
Mr. Huber’s practice emphasizes business representation, litigation, and estate planning and administration. He represents and provides a range of services to companies and businesses in Central Pennsylvania. These businesses range in size from small family operations to larger operations with regional and national markets. He also has extensive litigation experience and has done work for over a dozen insurance carriers. He has appeared in the courts of a majority of the counties in Pennsylvania.
Mr. Huber serves on the Board of Directors of the Francis J. Dixon Foundation. He is President and serves on the Board of the ELCO Education Foundation. He is a member of the Myerstown Lions Club and ELCO Rotary. |
