Harry W. Reed Jr.
Harry W. Reed, Jr. graduated from Penn State University in 1967, with a B.S. in Economics. Mr. Reed was a sabre fencer on the Penn State varsity fencing team and was team captain in his senior year. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Univ. of Wyoming College of Law in 1974, where he was the Managing Editor of Wyoming Law Review. Admitted to the PA Bar in 1974, he practices before all PA State and Federal Courts, the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has served as Ass’t. District Attorney for Lebanon County, PA. Mr. Reed has appeared before the PA Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board, PA Human Relations Commission, EEOC and PA Labor Relations Board. He is a member of the PA School Board Solicitors Assoc. and is Regional Counsel for the PA Assoc. of Elementary and Secondary School Principals and the Am. Assoc. of Univ. Professors. He serves as solicitor for Lebanon School District and as Labor Counsel for numerous public and private employers. He is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is limited to lawyers who have won million dollar verdicts and settlements. Mr. Reed has taught courses for the PA Bar Institute and Widener University School of Law.

Mr. Reed concentrates his practice in personal injury, workers’ compensation, commercial litigation, education and employment law. He served as a 1st Lieutenant in the U.S. Army-Infantry. He is married to the former Sage Schott and has three children – Eric, Arwen and Noelle.
